A firmware update (version 2.2.1) for Aroma Shooter® is now available.
What’s new
- Diffusion confirmation — when you send a shoot command, the device replies
receivedonce it has accepted the command and started diffusing. No reply means the command was not accepted. - New generation-neutral HTTP API (
/asn/*, firmware 2.2.0 and later) — shoot scents, get the device identity and the firmware version. Every response includes the device serial, so you always know which unit replied when controlling several. - Browser-friendly — every endpoint answers CORS preflight, so web apps can call the device directly.
- Clearer LED indicators — green ×3 when Wi-Fi connects, a short red ×2 when the connection is lost.
- Fully compatible — the existing
/as2/*endpoints keep working as before.

This manual was prepared in 2024 and refers to the app by its former name, “Aroma Shooter” (now AromaCreator®). The steps are the same, so we are sharing it as is. An updated version will be uploaded at a later date.
